This one-off feast has been lovingly whipped up by our Head Chef, Wesley Marshall — who spent years sharpening knives (and his Japanese) in kitchens across Japan. Every dish is his cheeky love letter to the flavours and traditions of Tokyo, with just the right amount of BOS flair.
